Parkmore in Sandton features a number of homes that have been rezoned for office use, with many retaining a residential appearance. Our challenge was to create an office accommodation that adhered to town planning regulations while fulfilling the unique requirements of the company.
The result is a newly constructed office that commands a landmark presence on the bustling street, providing robust security both day and night. The oversized security door serves as both a graphic statement within the sleek modern façade and an elegant solution to the typical, unsightly security bars. This project exemplifies how design meets innovation in practical yet aesthetic solutions.
